Job responsibilities

  • Front Desk Reception operation:
    • Booking conference rooms for meetings;
    • Greeting visitors;
    • Working with office equipment;
    • Assisting in organizing internal meetings.
  • Preparation of various documentation, registration and filing
  • Maintaining various databases

Required qualifications

  • Higher education (preferably in linguistics or management)
  • At least 0,5 years of administrative support experience
  • At least upper-intermediate English and Russian in order to work with expatriates
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
