Job Description:

  • Answering telephone calls and welcome visitors at the reception;
  • Keep office paper work flow, as well as accept and register incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Provide safe storage of documentation and hand over to archive;
  • Organize mail delivery and acceptance;
  • Prepare draft letters, inquires and other documents, related to company activity in limits of her (his) responsibility;
  • Coordinate agreements with service providers for office stationeries, courier services, food delivery (water, tea, coffee);
  • Keep and update contact database on staff and partners contact information;
  • Provides verbal and written translations if necessary;
  • Coordinate a timely provision of office stationery, food staff and water. Organize acceptance, registration and distribution;
  • Coordinate drivers work (register requests, make daily schedule for office cars use;
  • Fulfill other tasks, including copying and scanning documents and etc. by the request of staff

Требования

The successful candidate will have:

  • Higher education
  • Upper intermediate English
  • Experience on similar position (Secretary/Assistant/Office Manager) not less than 2 years
  • Be qualified in Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills
  • Skills in document management, organization, time management
  • Multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
