Senior Service Level Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing a consistent level of service for all applications and systems (global and local) by coordinating the work of local and global user support services.
  • Work with IT infrastructure (servers, network, IP voice). Maintenance & support of the existing, as well as upgrade of infrastructure in connection with the company's strategy.
  • External & Internal stakeholders management.
  • Participation in global and local projects and initiatives. Act as local IT expert.
  • Budget planning, management & reporting.
  • Responsibility for ensuring consistent work results, resources, practical experience and knowledge for the following purposes:
  • Control of emergency situations and their solution;
  • Control of problems and their solution;
  • Managing local IT security and implementing agreed plans;
  • Implementation of ongoing plans to improve the service;
  • Management of contractors;
  • Implementation of global processes, tools, suppliers and standards in the local market;
  • Review and analysis of reports on the level of service;
  • Maintaining local managed workplaces (MWP);
  • Providing solutions to issues affecting business performance and continuous improvement of local IT services;
  • Management of service personnel in cases where services are not provided through global agreements;
  • Ensuring that employees use consistent global, standardized processes for managing IT services, for example, for Financial Management, Supplier Management, Information Security, Application Support, Asset Management, Service Development, Service Transition Management, Knowledge Management, Tools and Workflow.
  • Examples of results: (a) Service level reporting, (b) Service improvement plans, (c) Information security dashboard.
  • Providing an effective assessment of business risks and issues related to operational incidents, potential changes in applications, as well as internal audit reports. Applying appropriate risk management processes, taking appropriate and timely measures.
  • Discussion, coordination and management of operational plans, service agreements, budget, and monitoring of their implementation to ensure the achievement of goals

 

Требования

Main requirements:

  • Higher education, work experience of 7-10 years / 5-7 years in an IT position that interacts with the core business, including managing a complex IT services environment.
  • Work experience in a large international company using internal and external IT services, as well as good practical knowledge of managing global applications.
  • English, Russian - advanced
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Work experience to effectively manage working process of IT helpdesk staff

Technical requirements:

  • Administration of Windows 2008, 2012 based servers (SQL, Linux & VMware knowledge welcomed);
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 applications;
  • Knowledge of the principles of operation and configuration of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS;
  • Understanding the logic of the local computer network (subnets, routing);
  • Knowledge of the basics of configuring and operating Cisco routers and firewalls (Cisco CME & Cisco WLC software knowledge welcomed);
  • Ability to create and read network diagrams;
  • Ability to work with backup and fault tolerance applications (Arcserve, Acronis, Robocopy, etc.);
  • Experience in the administration and usage of trade marketing applications and promotional staff is encouraged (Optimum, 121);
  • It is advisable to have experience in SAP (as user), 1C (as administrator);
